I was wondering how do you start printing objects when you have no experience?

Hi @Brenda Cervantes !
Welcome to the 3D Printing group on Maker District Social!
I (Amanda) am self taught. The way I taught myself was by downloading models online, analyzing them, and then trying to recreate them in CAD. (Never having used CAD before, this was very helpful for me so that I could learn!) There is a free resource available called TinkerCAD that you can use to get your feet wet with modeling.
After you create a 3D object, you have to slice it so that the 3D printer can read the file and print it. One of the most widely used slicing programs is Cura.
With a Toybox 3D printer, you are able to print an entire catalog of objects created by Toybox, as well as designers like me who have uploaded their files to share with the community. Additionally, you can use their software to create simple models to print. And one of my favorite parts is, Cura is built right in and it automatically slices your models for you after you upload them without having to use a separate program. You can create models outside of Toybox, too!
We share Toybox at events because it’s a super easy learning tool to get folks started with 3D printing! (Plus it is ultra reliable with an extremely low print failure rate.)
